Next NCALL Meeting: March 5th, 2020 Topic: All NCALL members are invited to participate in a round table discussion on the topic of handling difficult client situations. Members are invited to share: Current or past challenges with difficult client interactions. This may include: General types of difficult interactions Anonymized anecdotes, etc. Summaries of training taken to help staff navigate difficult situations Any actions or policy changes that followed such incidents NB: This round table discussion will be confidential.
