Members are invited to share: Current or past challenges with difficult client interactions. This may include: General types of difficult interactions Anonymized anecdotes, etc. Summaries of training taken to help staff navigate difficult situations Any actions or policy changes that followed such incidents NB: This round table discussion will be confidential. Location: Room 309, Supreme Court of Canada, 301 Wellington Street, Ottawa, ON Coffee and tea will be served at the meeting. There will be “airport style” security, and a photo ID will be required.
