Current or past challenges with difficult client interactions. This may include:
General types of difficult interactions
Anonymized anecdotes, etc.
Summaries of training taken to help staff navigate difficult situations
Any actions or policy changes that followed such incidents
NB: This round table discussion will be confidential.
