Julie seconded motion. Passed. Julie then moved to amend the sentence in the “Meetings” section. The section reads: “Meetings shall be held on the third Wednesday of the month during the lunch hour.” Julie moved to add the word “normally” after the word “shall”. Seconded by Alicia. The motion passed. Item 2. Call for applications for a bursary to attend the 2020 CALL conference, May 24-27, 2020 in Hamilton After discussion to clarify minor aspects, Hilary and Kirsten agreed to make changes to the text to make it clearer and then send it out. Amended text moved by Emily, seconded by Julie. Motion passed….
