Alicia Loo, Supreme Court of Canada Communication is the number one concern. SCC has been doing a weekly recap (written communication and staff meetings every week to keep people up-to-date with policy changes and procedures.)MS Teams helping resolve issues. SCC has adequate bandwidth for everyone to work from home. With emphasis on electronic content, allows us to advertise electronic services. We adjusted our services, new Scan-on-Demand form. Emily Benton, University of Ottawa Use Teams for collaboration. Most librarians are doing consolations on Teams and/or Zoom. Maybe hybrid classes for the fall.
